Julie
Borgerhoff

Julie joined our firm in 2013. She practices commercial and corporate law, including both transactional as litigation work.

She graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2013, where she obtained a Master in Law. In 2013, Julie also studied at the Polimoda Institute in Firenze.

Since 2014, Julie is a part-time teaching assistant at the Centre for Private and Economic Law of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel where she teaches the course Legal Methodology, and contributes to academic research in a.o. commercial law and financial law, incl. the regulations applicable to crowdfunding .

Julie has several scientific publications (manuals as well as contributions in compilations) on commercial law and crowdfunding.

She works in Dutch, French and English.
