Being the head of our firm’s Litigation & Arbitration team, Philip Walravens has been involved in such high-profile Belgian litigation cases. Apart from CDO’s, interest rate derivatives and swaps, Philip represented clients with respect to bank loan issues, disputes on reinvestment penalties, interpretation and violation of covenants.
Our Banking & Litigation team represents clients against financial institutions and covers all disputes with banks in restructuring matters, such as the suspension of banks’ enforcement rights on collateral and negotiations on credit terminations.
